4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos and photos you upload. By submitting media, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, temporarily store, and return processed content to provide the services. Processed wallpapers are intended for your personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Our Content

The App, including all designs, code, algorithms, and related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. If the App collects device identifiers or other tracking data, such uses will be disclosed and handled in accordance with Apple's App Store requirements and the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features are free; others require payment via a subscription. Subscription terms are shown in the App. All billing is handled through your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Video and photo processing results may vary depending on source quality, file size, and device capabilities. While we aim for high-quality outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results for all content types.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if any).

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or for other lawful reasons. Upon termination, your rights to use the App cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the revised Terms within the App or on this page and indicate an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless arbitration is required by applicable law.
